All of the product graphics are applied by silk screening, vinyl application or embroidering and are finished with local resources in the USA.
No, all of our designs are Freshletes originals, designed in house.
Standard shipping for orders in the contiguous US takes 3-7 business days. Some items may take up to 10-15 business days if noted in the product information. A tracking number will be provided AFTER it is shipped via paypal to the email address you provided with your order. If you do not receive your tracking number, please check your spam folder before contacting us.
Standard shipping for orders in the United States are shipped via USPS Priority Mail.
Yes. We ship everywhere internationally via USPS Priority Mail or First Class. Expect up to 15 business days (Monday - Friday are valid business days) once your item ships for delivery. A tracking number is not provided for USPS international shipping. USPS does not provide international tracking unless it is shipped express/overnight which is not a shipping option we provide. You will however be notified by email via Paypal the day it is shipped. If you do not receive your email notifying you of the day it ships, please check your spam folder before contacting us.
Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction. In general, unworn apparel can be returned/exchanged within 15 days of delivery. You are responsible for returning the item to the address provided below. Please include a return tracking number, copy of the packing slip that was sent with your original purchase and noted instructions on what you would like us to do (return/exchange). If a product is found to be defective within the first 15 days of receiving it, it may be exchanged for a new product which will be shipped to you at no additional charge.
